RESEARCH

I am particularly interested in the ways animals interact with their environment and their key resources (e.g., food). I am especially driven to explore how these interactions influence the fitness and survival of the interconnected partners with a special focus on how animal behavior and morphology have been shaped throughout evolution.

My research encompasses a strong field-based component complemented with modern research tools and lab techniques. Either by using pure observation or more systematic and quantitative approaches, I enjoy discovering and sharing new knowledge about our natural world.
